JOB DESCRIPTION:

​

This position, along with Assistant/Aides, is responsible for the daily planning and implementation of the curriculum, communication with families and coworkers as appropriate, and the supervision of Older Toddler children, 2 years old to almost 3 years old in a safe and fun environment. Class size 10 children, classroom ratio 5:1.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

​

  • Must be qualified by demonstrated knowledge, training, and experience to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.  This will include, but not be limited to: experience working within a childcare or education setting, and strong interpersonal skills.

 

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least an AA degree in Early Childhood Education

  • 1 to 2  years of experience working with young children preferred

  • BA or BS degree in early education a plus

  • Bilingual a plus but not required

 

 

Additional information:

Compensation dependent on experience and education.

Excellent benefit package, including bonuses.

Full-time position

Hours: closer 10:00am to 6:00pm  (some flexibility is possible)
