Full Time Preschool Lead Teacher, Bobcat Room

JOB DESCRIPTION:

​

This full-time position is responsible for the daily planning and implementation of the curriculum, communication with parents/guardians and coworkers and the supervision of preschool children about 3 ½ to 4 ½ years old in a safe and fun environment. Class size 7-14 children, classroom ratio 7:1.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

​

• Must be qualified by demonstrated knowledge, training, and experience to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.  This will include, but not be limited to: experience working within a childcare or education setting, and strong interpersonal skills.

 

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least an AA degree in Early Childhood Education

• 1 to 2  years of experience working with young children preferred

• BA or BS degree in early education a plus

• Bilingual a plus but not required

Compensation dependent on experience and education.

Hours: closer 10:00am to 6:00pm  (some flexibility is possible)
